For anyone who wants to chaperone games, events, or trips with the band and color guard this year, you need to submit your clearances in the district’s new online system – even if you’ve emailed your clearances to the school.
Everyone needs to submit their clearances and be approved every year.
Go to the school’s volunteering page and click Submit an application.
If you’ve previously submitted your clearances to the school and need a copy, you can visit the district office.
