The Craft Fair packet was sent home with students last week. EVERY band member is encouraged to sign up for work duty at the Craft Fair, which is our biggest fundraiser.
This year it will be held on Saturday October 17th
in the Western Wayne Middle School from 10am to 4pm. Students and family members volunteer hours earnings go directly into their band accounts. Students can earn up to 12 hours each and historically they earn between $10 and $16 an hour.
The Craft Fair packet contains
- Important information about volunteering at the craft fair
- A Sign Up Genius link for food and drink donations
- Commitment Form for volunteering which MUST be signed and returned by September 30th (even if your student is NOT volunteering, please have them write that and sign/return…THANK YOU!)
